We are thrilled to announce that the Global Association of Economics Education (GAEE) has been included among the list of participating institutions and networks within the European Expert Network on Economics of Education (EENEE).

EENEE is an initiative created by the prestigious Erasmus+ and the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Education and Culture to promote expertise and knowledge sharing in the field of economics education. This network brings together leading experts from around the world to share their knowledge and experience, with the goal of improving economics education for students and educators.

To be included among such esteemed institutions as the World Economic Forum and European Economic Association (EEA) is an honor for GAEE, and we are grateful for the hard work and dedication of our team for making this possible. As a student-led international NGO founded in 2017, GAEE seeks to promote economic education, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship incubation for students in developing countries and marginalized communities. Recognized as the SDG Action no. 36897 by the United Nations, our 1500-member network is on a mission to democratize economics education for everyone – not just those seeking economics priesthood.

We believe that economics education is vital to shaping the next generation of leaders and decision-makers, and we are committed to advancing this field and making a positive impact on students and educators around the world. Through our programs and initiatives, we aim to empower young people with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in a rapidly changing global economy.

We look forward to continuing our efforts to promote economics education and contribute to the important work of EENEE. Thank you to everyone who has supported us on this journey – we couldn’t have done it without you!
