The Global Association of Economics Education is delighted to announce the launch of the GAEE India Championship. The event is open to all members of GAEE in India and will consist of two rounds. There will be five teams from every GAEE college chapter, and each team will have from 2 to 3 members.

Round 1: Elimination Round “BidClash” – May 28, 2021 (5 P.M. onwards)

“Have you ever wondered what would you do if you get a chance to procure resources for your economy? Ever wanted to create the optimal supplies for goods that face supply crunch?”

GAEE India gives you a chance to hold the reins of the economy in its upcoming challenge. BidClash is an opportunity for you to maximize the welfare/growth within a constraint.

Here is a chance to save your economy by efficient allocation of scarce resources and build your dream economy that you always wanted to lift the coveted trophy.

The top five teams from the first round will get a chance to present their Business Plan. The business sectors for the finals will be announced on our social media handles. All the relevant details for this round will be shared with the finalists.

Round 2: Final Round “TechUp” – June 10, 2021 (after the Quollab live project)

“Do you think you can unleash the entrepreneurial mindset in you by coming up with the best innovative idea and stand out from the rest? Do you have what it takes to go from idea to strategy and convince investors that you will execute exceptionally? “

The judge for the GAEE India Championship finals is Anjan Gupta, VP and COO of the Global Markets Group at Morgan Stanley. He is also a mentor of change at Atal Incubation Centre, Startup India, and AIC NMIMS Incubation Centre.
